Must have one year experience in carpentry, flooring, plumbing, electrical, or painting
Eligibility to work in the USA and provide proof
Carry out corrective, preventative, cosmetic, and emergency property maintenance
Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, and heating/cooling system repairs as needed
Ensure all service requests are completed correctly and in a timely manner
Perform work necessary to make vacant apartments ready for lease
Ability to communicate and work well with residents, colleagues, administrative staff, and vendors
Able to work a rotational on-call schedule, including overtime and weekends as needed
Bring your own tools and must have reliable transportation
Ability to lift 75 Lbs. or more, and engage in physical activities such as walking, crouching, bending, reaching small spaces, standing prolonged periods
Good organizational skills with the ability to read, write, and perform basic math
