Ability to use hand and power tools.
High school diploma or GED.
While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to strand, stoop, kneel, climb, crouch, talk and hear.
Machinery operation requires the use of safety equipment to include but not limited to eye safety glasses, hearing protection and work boots.
Employees must regularly lift and or move up to 25 pounds and frequently lift and or move more than 75 pounds.
Minimum of 6 months - 1 year experience in marine electrical installation.
Ability to work in limited spaces.
Understanding how to use a multi-meter
Familiar with 12-volt and 24-volt systems.
Basic electrical knowledge of low voltage systems; familiar with electrical schematics and drawings. May need assistance with drawing interpretations; as work will be closely supervised and checked.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
