Able to read a wiring diagrams and follow assembly instructions
1+ years of experience working in a manufacturing setting (aerospace, electronics, or medical industry is preferred) performing mechanical and/or electrical assemblies
Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities
Proficient with computer use (standard browser, word processing applications)
Ability to effectively communicate (verbal and written) with engineering and production

Must possess good excellent assembly blueprint reading skills.
Basic understanding of standard hardware installation sequence.

Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.
1 to 4 yrs. experience in related electro-mechanical assembly.
Security clearances may only be granted to U.S. citizens.
Please be aware many of our positions require the ability to obtain a security clearance.
Must be able to read hardware descriptions on Engineering BOM and physically identify the characteristics of the hardware.
Must have excellent understanding of hardware requirements.
Must possess the skills and knowledge to select and use the proper hand tools for assemblies.
Must be able to move or manipulate heavy parts and assemblies ranging to 35lbs.
