Electrical Maintenance Technician

Must be able to conduct, maintain, test and repair electrical/electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems and components.
Must be able to apply knowledge of electrical/mechanical principles in determining equipment malfunctions and restore in all areas of Manufacturing.
High school diploma or equivalent required;
Flexibility to work any shift and overtime as required
A thorough knowledge of electrical components and equipment including the use of special instruments for diagnostic purposes
Computer experience/operation and PLC programming
Candidates are required to undergo a drug screening after receiving a conditional job offer, but before starting employment.
Ability to maintain various manufacturing equipment, follow specific directions, and perform other duties as assigned

AAS degree in a technical discipline with at least 5 years of experience in the manufacturing environment, preferably in Quality Inspection
Self-starter, able to work under minimal supervision
Familiar with validation and calibration requirements within the medical device manufacturing environment
Computer competency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, ERP systems EQMS (Compliant Pro), and Calibration databases
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Ability and demonstrated knowledge in the use of various measurement gages (i.e: CMM, Optical comparator, caliper, micrometer, height gage, Multimeter, Oscilloscope etc.)
