Minimum of a high school diploma or General Education Development (GED)
Knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, procedures, and strategies to promote safe and secure technical operations within the vehicular mechanical field
Knowledge of the practical application of machines and tools including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance
Knowledge of materials, methods, and tools involved in the construction and repair of truck and trailer systems
Knowledge of circuit boards, processors, chips, electronic equipment, and computer hardware and software including applications and programming
Knowledge of safety methods in working with hazardous waste materials and maintaining a safe work environment
Effective communication skills both verbal and written
One to three years of automotive mechanic experience, preferred

Document service and installation actions by completing forms, reports and checklists
Complete work efficiently and keep customers informed
Perform scheduled maintenance and inspections
Must meet DOT driver requirements and maintain valid DOT medical certification
Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE
Communicate with customers and internal team on repairs and safety concerns
High school diploma or GED
Able to work indoors/outdoors in extreme heat/cold and at heights for extended periods
Perform other skilled or non-skilled duties as required
Troubleshoot, repair, and inspect overhead cranes and hoists
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Identify issues and recommend repair solutions
Willing to travel overnight in and out of state
