Hands-on experience with inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, thread gauges, and similar equipment

High School diploma or equivalent
Factory environment with large range in temperature changes
Standing, walking, & Bending/Stooping up to 12 hours daily
Repetitive Movement (shoveling/sweeping/fastening) up to 12 hours daily
Lifting weights up to 50 lbs. Regularly
Push/Pull up to 12 hours daily
Trained into API Q1 and ISO 9001
Basic math
Ability to accurately use scales, OD tape, ruler, thread height gauge
Ability to adapt and be cross-trained to learn all job duties as required
Ability to learn technical repair and assembly guidelines and procedures
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to read drawings, instructions or repair and assembly operations

US Citizen with the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance
Five years of knowledge and understanding of engineering drawings and electrical / electronic schematics
Five years of education or experience in assembly of sheet metal fixtures and enclosures, cable assemblies, connectors, and circuit card assemblies
Five years of education or experience with assembling, wiring, soldering, and crimping per drawing specifications, modification per engineering change notices, and electrical circuit testing
Experience with ISO-9000 or AS-9100-certification programs
