High School Diploma or GED, with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in electronics assembly, inspection, or rework; OR an Associate's degree in Electronics, with 1-2 years of relevant experience; OR a Bachelor's degree in Electronics or a related field.
Proficiency in the use of soldering equipment such as hand irons, bottom burners, and hot air stations.
Familiarity with basic test equipment (oscilloscope, DMM, power supply).
Proficient in Windows-based data entry and documentation tools.
Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen, or U.S. Permanent Resident) due to clients under U.S. federal contracts.
