Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in secondary electrical systems, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong knowledge of electrical trade practices, ability to read blueprints and schematics, and proficiency in troubleshooting electrical systems
Experience maintaining and repairing electrical systems including lighting, emergency generators, life safety systems
Must be able to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on various electrical systems
Ability to coordinate with external contractors and respond to on-call emergency repair needs

Five (5) years' experience as an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic in a manufacturing setting.
Must have working repair knowledge and be capable of performing repairs of electrical, plumbing, conveyors, hydraulic, HVAC, PLC, refrigeration, motors/gearboxes, and be able to read and understand schematics/blueprints.
Must be able to troubleshoot basic electrical circuits and must be able to logically diagnose machine problems.
Be able to tolerate extreme temperatures (hot and/or cold) and exposure to various packaging materials, raw ingredients, cleaning chemicals, lubricants, etc.
Frequent standing and walking; frequent lifting up to 50 pounds.
Certification in a technical field preferred.
Candidate(s) must provide their own hand tools.
Must have availability to work 2nd (2:00pm - 10:30pm) or 3rd shift (10:00pm - 6:30am) Sunday through Friday with occasional overtime on Saturdays.
