At least 3 years of experience operating CNC and manual equipment in a manufacturing environment
At least 3 years of setup experience with CNC machinery
Certification in CNC Machining, Manufacturing Technology, or related fields preferred
Strong understanding of machining principles, tolerances, and quality standards (ASME, ISO)
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex machining issues
Proficient English communication skills, including reading, writing, and speaking
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Full-Time CNC Machinist position on the 2nd shift
Set up and operating both manual and numerical control machines
Read and interpret blueprints and planning sheets to determine tooling requirements and setup procedures
Developing setup sheets and positioning fixtures
Download part programs from our shop's program storage and manipulate controls to start and monitor the machinery
Observing machine operations, you will swiftly address any malfunctions or inefficiencies
Make suggestions for program adjustments to enhance quality and production
Machining various materials, deburring, cleaning parts, and maintaining a safe and efficient workspace
Read and interpret blueprints, safety guidelines, and operation manuals
Write basic reports
Strong mathematical skills
Ability to apply common sense in following detailed instructions
Proficiency in operating lathes and mills
Utilizing precision measuring equipment
Physical stamina
Regularly lift or move up to 50 pounds
Exposure to loud noise and airborne particles
Familiarity with CNC equipment and basic machine shop manuals
