Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations
Change diapers and assist with personal hygiene
Organize and lead weekly activities to engage children
Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities that promote physical, cognitive, and social-emotional development
Communicate with parents about children's progress and activities
Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities
Prepare materials and resources for daily activities
Salary: $14.16 per hour
Monitor children's behavior and provide guidance as needed
Supervise and assist children during meals, naptime, and bathroom breaks
Create a safe and positive learning environment that supports individual needs and interests
Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to toddlers
Build positive relationships with families and encourage their involvement in the learning process
Collaborate with other teachers and administrators to ensure program quality and compliance with licensing regulations
Observe and assess children's progress, and communicate regularly with parents and colleagues
Maintain a safe and clean environment for children
Collaborate with other staff members to enhance the learning environment
CDA, a degree in Early Childhood, or a high school diploma with experience working with children
