Ability to coach field leaders and crews on hazard recognition, safe work practices, and company safety (HSSE) expectations.
Strong communication, judgment, organization, and follow-through across multiple jobsites, reports, training needs, and corrective actions.
Ability to self-motivate, manage time effectively, and thrives with a high degree of autonomy.
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills required, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
