Accurately take measurements and perform basic arithmetic
Safely operate maintenance equipment such as, but not limited to, leaf blowers, pressure washers, hand tools, power tools, transfer aids, snow and ice removal equipment, ladders, landscaping equipment, commercial vacuums, steam cleaners, other carpet and floor cleaning equipment, safety equipment, electric and hand-powered augers and others as needed
Ability to use general office equipment such as key system programmers and software, app-based software, and personal computer
Safely use chemicals, paint, and general cleaning supplies
Frequently and safely operate motorized vehicles such as a golf cart
Ensure compliance with all Federal, State, and local laws. Consistently abide by Fair Housing regulations
