Experience operating farm equipment
Willing and able to lift up to 60lbs
Willing and able to work a flexible schedule including shift work and overtime hours including weekend work required during key production peaks
Willingness to participate in site safety programs
Able to make independent decisions
Driver's license with good driving record
High school diploma or GED and 1-2 years on-the-job or related ag experience
Professional communication with supervisors, cooperators, contractors and support staff to ensure clear understanding of objectives and project success
Willing and able to work in a variety of areas (field, plant, warehouse)
Good safety and risk management habits
Ability to learn and utilize Research and Production software systems to support seed production activities
Willing and able to work both outdoors and indoors in cold, hot, wet, and dry conditions
Active Class A CDL or willingness/ability to obtain this license within one year of being employed at Corteva (Training expense would be covered by Corteva)
Supervise temporary or seasonal workers when needed to ensure work is performed in a safe and efficient manner
