Screen Print Press Operator Lead
Location: Fitchburg, MA
Pay Rate: $25 - $30.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday: 2:30PM – 11:00PM
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of printing experience and experience with automatic presses, with a strong preference for screen printing
Previous experience in apparel printing will be considered
Leadership and communication: Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and supervisors, and the ability to guide and support other employees
Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
Technical Aptitude: An in-depth understanding of basic printing technologies and the ability to make precise adjustments
Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to quality control
Due to ITAR and/or CUI compliance requirements, candidates must be a U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident Alien, or Protected Individual

Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering
13+ years of experience in mechanical design
Proficient in the use of industry standard mechanical engineering design tools (SolidWorks, AutoCad, Creo, Ansys, ICEPAK, Mechanica etc.)
Candidate must be able to work with limited/general direction.
Proficiency with MS Office software applications.
Must hold or be able to obtain U.S. DoD SECRET security clearance.
Must be a U.S. citizen.
Applicants selected may be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Ability to travel up to 25%, both international and domestic.
Able to lead team of up to 5 mechanical engineers to develop and document mechanical components and assemblies.
Proficient at understanding and driving requirements traceability in a model-based systems engineering environment.
Strong Earned Value (EV) skills, including Cost Account Manager (CAM) activities.
