Licensed Florida Emergency Medical Technician
State of Florida Class “E” Driver's License
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification
HAZ-MAT Awareness
Completion of 16-hour Emergency Vehicle Operators Course (EVOC)
Must meet all current, applicable requirements of Chapter 401, Florida Statutes and Chapter 64 J-1 Florida Administrative Code for Emergency Medical Technicians

Incumbent operates a TMH vehicle and requires a valid state driver license
Required to be at least twenty-one (21) years of age
Minimum of two (2) years of licensed driving experience
Required to provide a seven (7)-year driving record from the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) prior to employment
Will have received no more than two (2) minor violations in the past three (3) years and zero (0) major violations in the past five (5) years
