5-years experience in power plant maintenance and/or operations
Technical training through a trade school or military program
Strong mechanical aptitude, basic steam plant and combustion turbine knowledge
Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing English
Demonstrated judgment and decision-making skills within defined procedures and practices, including use of calculations, deductive reasoning, and consultation with a supervisor
Regularly required to stand, walk, climb, talk, hear and use hands.
Ability to climb ladders, reach with hands and arms to climb and balance
Ability to stoop, crawl, and bend at knees and waist.
Lift up to 50 lbs
