This position is located in Eden Prairie, Minnesota and is ONSITE. This is not a remote or hybrid role.
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical customers.
Basic understanding of networking and security principles.
Knowledge of Microsoft administration, with a focus on Exchange servers and email support.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping others.
Prior experience in customer service or IT support is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with IT ticketing systems is desirable.

Associate degree in Manufacturing Technology, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or related technical discipline preferred, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in CNC machining, manufacturing engineering, or engineering technician role.

Working knowledge of G-code programming and machining processes.
Experience using CAD/CAM software such as SolidWorks, Siemens NX, Esprit, or similar platforms.
