Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field required; Master's Degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering and maintenance within an industrial environment.
Proven people leadership experience, including performance management, team development, and cross‑functional collaboration.
Demonstrated ownership of site‑level manufacturing engineering and maintenance strategy, including equipment lifecycle and industrial performance.
Strong experience managing CapEx and OpEx budgets, investment justification, and cost optimization.
Solid knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement, with ability to drive measurable operational results.
Expertise in asset reliability and maintainability, including TPM practices and CMMS/EAM systems.
Strong understanding of EHS, machine safety, and regulatory compliance in a manufacturing setting.
