Author manufacturing work instructions, inspection procedures, monthly reports, etc. with oversight from supervisor
Due to a large variety of job duties (both routine and non-routine), certain duties also may involve, a variety of physical activities including bending, stretching, lifting, stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms above shoulders and head, standing working in enclosed areas, climbing stairs or ladders, and operating heavy equipment.
The noise level in the work environment can vary but noise is usually low to moderate.
Regularly interfaces with customers and subcontractors
Working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment, you will be walking, standing and engaging in movement throughout the day, and occasionally to frequently be required to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
Handle several program duties simultaneously across disciplines

Bachelor of Science in Polymer, Composites, Mechanical, Civil, Structural, Chemical, Aerospace, or other related engineering degree, such as Naval Architecture
IPT lead of small or medium size project
At times, the ability to work overtime also may be required but it is not usual.
Manage and track documentation including incorporation of redlines
Must be able to obtain and maintain a US DoD Security Clearance
Physical requirements further include the ability to engage in productive collaborative communication with co-workers and work may need to be performed during non-standard hours, including nights and weekends.
Work may be performed in cold and/or hot temperatures and the environment can be dusty.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
United States Citizenship or Green Card Status is required
Provide input as needed on proposals, schedules, budgets and other programmatic deliverables
You may be required to wear personal protective equipment such as safety glasses, safety gloves, hearing protection, a respirator or dust mask, protective footwear and protective clothing or uniforms.
