For New Mexico positions: Officers may not carry a weapon on duty until completing 40 hours of training and receiving a letter of authorization from the CHRISTUS Vice President of Security to carry a CHRISTUS Health-assigned weapon.

Any combination of accidents and/or moving violations. Violations include any ticket, charge, or other law enforcement proceeding related to these, as well as independent evidence of violations deemed relevant by CHRISTUS Health Security.
