Quality Control Inspectors for all shifts
Inspectors may be reassigned to a different sub function at any time based on the business need
Read and understand drawings, specifications, procedures, standards and instructions
Write inspection rejection reports in accordance with company procedures
Maintain detailed inspection records using appropriate forms
Make recommendations regarding quality and manufacturing improvements as needed
Perform dimensional inspection using mechanical and visual inspection equipment, such as an optical comparator, contour reader, dial indicators, inspection hand tools, surface plates, height gauges, air gauges, specialized bearing measurement equipment, and gauge blocks
Measure bearing assemblies and/or component features such as roundness, concentricity, perpendicularity, flatness, sphericity, surface finish, surface noise and vibration levels using specialized equipment
Complete basic control charts, run charts, prepare charts, and histograms

Pay Rate: $17-$26 per hour, depending on experience and shift
Temp-to-hire or direct-hire opportunity based on your level of experience

Valid Driver's License
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent structural construction experience
Proven technical experience functioning as a Project Engineer or in a closely related heavy civil construction role
Strong ability to read, interpret, and build accurately according to complex civil drawings and job specifications
Deep familiarity with interpreting project financials, budget variances, and material procurement workflows
Absolute willingness to travel up to 30% of working hours to various regional project sites
