Minimum of 3–5 years of reliability engineering, maintenance engineering, or industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience with root cause analysis methodologies and continuous improvement tools
Understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, mechanical, and automated systems
Experience using CMMS software and maintenance reporting systems
Experience with PLC troubleshooting and industrial controls
Knowledge of asset lifecycle management and maintenance planning strategies

Must be able to work overtime as needed.
Heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds), bending, and stooping may be required.
Basic computer and mathematical skills.
