High School Diploma and/or equivalent experience
2-3 years of proven experience in Quality, Inspection, or Welding
Must be familiar with weld inspection methods used by Terex Utilities at the various facilities
Ability to investigate problems, determine root cause, and suggest or implement effective solutions
Operate portable CMM arms to conduct highly accurate dimensional analysis of manufactured parts
Provide SolidWorks support to production by generating customized drawings, including alternate coordinate systems and supplemental dimensions for programming and manufacturing needs
Willingness to be flexible to learn new skills based on the need of the company
Meets established metrics by performing quality work in accordance to SOPs for the area with minimal errors
Work to improve processes within their work area - uses appropriate tools to find and eliminate waste and to reduce overall business costs
