Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Industrial Engineering
5-10 years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment
Minimum 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering roles
Hydraulic manufacturing experience preferred
Hands-on CNC machining operations and programming support
Proficiency with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
Knowledge of GD&T; and engineering drawings
Experience with root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies
ISO 9001 documentation and compliance
SOP and work instruction development
KPI monitoring and performance improvement
Engineering data management (BOMs, routings, cycle times, consumables)
AutoCAD and MS Office proficiency
Strong understanding of manufacturing process development and optimization
Proficiency in manufacturing process design for welding, machining, assembly, testing, and painting
Proficiency with CNC, honing, robotic/manual welding (as part of CNC/manufacturing processes)
Know-how of Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and lean manufacturing
Plant layout, workflow optimization, and material handling design
Automation, robotics, and advanced manufacturing technology integration
Export Control Compliance: you must be a 'U.S. Person' as defined by the government (a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident/Green Card holder, refugee, or asylees) to comply with U.S. export controls
