Experience managing concrete work from excavation through final placement and finishing.
Ability to operate skid steers, excavators, backhoes, and similar equipment.
Experience with footings, foundations, slabs, formwork, reinforcing steel, and structural concrete.
Ability to communicate professionally with general contractors, onsite superintendents, vendors, and crew members.
Demonstrated ability to assign work, hold employees accountable, and maintain production standards.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound field decisions.
