1 year of experience working in a manufacturing environment; through full-time, internship, or co-op experience.
Strong understanding of basic SPC (Statistical Process Control) analysis.
Capability to interpret control charts (_i.e._ histograms, Pareto charts, X-MR, X-Bar/R charts, _etc._).
Ability to lead cross-functional teams in root cause investigations and continuous improvement activities
Associates degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
