Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (or related technical discipline)
At least 2-years work experience contributing to technical aspects of product design projects, validation testing, root cause analysis and/or manufacturing is required
Windchill software or equivalent PLM (Product lifecycle management software) experience
Working knowledge of relevant computer applications (CADD: Computer Aided Design/Drafting)
Understand HVAC system functions including refrigeration, heat transfer, airflow and ventilation
Demonstrate responsiveness to the customer (internal and external) and be quality minded in performance of all duties
Deliver technical designs to meet project and product requirements
Analyze the test result data, perform refrigeration cycle review, heat transfer calculations and prepare reports
Capacity to conduct laboratory testing as required
Support designers with equipment technical details
Support factory and field problem resolution
Ability to quickly and efficiently understand and organize information necessary to make engineering decisions
Ability to make progress by completing tasks and deliverables in a multi-tasking environment (several concurrent assignments) on time
Excellent verbal and written communication skills – ability to communicate up, down, and across the organization
