High school diploma and/or GED with licensing/certification and/or equivalent work experience in Engineering, Facilities Management, Operations, or a related field
5-7 years of related work experience, with at least some of that time in a production/manufacturing environment
Financial knowledge necessary for understanding budgets, variances and basic reporting as required by client
Experience with vendor relations, building operations/engineering and general facility operations with excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Ability to stand for extended periods of time, carry up to 25+ pounds, and perform bending and lifting of materials as needed
Comfortable working in manufacturing/production-based environment with regular walk-throughs of building and service areas while wearing and using PPE
