A bachelor's degree in engineering or physics is required (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, or a related discipline).
A minimum of two (2) years of related experience is required.
Must have experience with disciplined operations.
Must possess a technical background in engineering design.
Must have experience collaborating effectively with multiple internal teams and intercompany teams.
Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be able to self-direct with minimal day-to-day supervision.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) or Department of Defense (DOD) security clearance, whichever is required.

A strong understanding of a wide variety of precision measurement equipment, to include the care and use of Instrumentation, Gages, and Precision Measurement Equipment; calibration program management, and Measurement Principles.
