Hands on experience with programming and operating die attach and wire bonding equipment
Demonstrated ability to carry out defined tasks independently with minimum supervision
High school diploma or equivalent
Knowledge of semiconductor assembly processes including but not limited to die sorting, chip and wire or flip chip die attach, epoxy or solder dispense, ultrasonic microscopy, and device sealing or over molding
