Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Passing the solder, harness and cable certification course provided by the company

Experience using SQL and cloud‑based data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake or comparable platforms)
Experience communicating technical concepts and analytical insights to non‑technical stakeholders through clear, concise written and verbal communication
Experience adhering to data integrity, governance, and confidentiality standards when handling sensitive or proprietary information
Experience designing, building, and maintaining reports and dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Cognos
High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience applying analytical and problem‑solving skills to evaluate data, identify issues, and implement solutions, with demonstrated attention to data accuracy, consistency, and quality standards
2+ years of experience in reporting, analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, or a related field
Experience managing multiple concurrent priorities, meeting deadlines, and delivering results in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
Experience working with survey platforms such as Qualtrics or analyzing employee listening data
