Quality Inspection III, 1st Shift (Onsite)

1st Shift: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm
Must be able to work in a standing position up to 8 hours per day
Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs
HS diploma with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. In the absence of a HS diploma or GED, 4 years of relevant experience is required
This position is considered safety sensitive in accordance with FAA Guidelines. Candidate will be subject to drug and alcohol testing per FAA's regulation 14 CFR part 120, as well as 49 CFR part 40.
To minimize safety risk to you and product, you must wear static-control and personal protective equipment.
You will be exposed to: Products of various weights and sizes, Equipment with moving parts, Chemicals that may emit fumes

Advanced skill in precision measuring equipment

Ability to set-up and run CMM with minimal supervision

Strong knowledge and application of geometric tolerancing
Proficient ability to read and interpret aerospace drawings, specifications, and customer documents
Quality oriented with a hands-on personality, 'do it right the first time' personality
Occasional lifting of up to 40 pounds
Must be US Citizen or have Permanent Resident Card
Able to understand geometric dimensions and tolerances
The ability to wear proper personal protective equipment, including earplugs, safety glasses, safety shoes, etc.
