3-5 years of facilities management experience in a multi-state environment, healthcare, retail, or similar distributed operations
Experience managing vendors across multiple markets.
Knowledge of facilities, system standards, major equipment, and preventive maintenance programs.
Capable of building relationships with vendor partners and property management teams.
Adept at creating systems and processes.
Ability to execute leadership's vision for facility maintenance program.
Skilled at problem-solving large-scale issues.
