Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics (STEM) with 8 years of relevant experience; or a Master's degree in STEM with 6 years of relevant experience.
Experience with the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC): software design, requirements, application development, integration, testing, and deployment.
Proficiency in at least two of the following programming or scripting languages: C, Python, and/or Ada.
Experience using software‑management and workflow‑automation tools such as Jira, ClearCase, Git, and ClearQuest.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage agile development technical teams.
Knowledge of requirements management tools such as IBM DOORS.
Experience generating and/or reviewing cost estimates or basis of estimate (BOE) documentation.
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret clearance within the timeframe set by management.
Must be able to work full‑time onsite in Woodland Hills, CA.

BS degree with 5+ years of Quality or Mission Assurance or a MS with 3+ years of the same experience.
4+ years of management and/or leadership experience leading teams of 5 or more personnel.
Experience with AS9102 First Article Inspection Reports Standard.
