Experience supporting: Greenfield factory launches, model changes, production ramp-up, Lean manufacturing transformations, automation integration.
Must be a U.S. citizen.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a D.O.E. security clearance.
Time studies, labor modeling, line balancing, and standardized work development
Production flow analysis, capacity planning, and manufacturing simulation
Lean manufacturing systems and ergonomic analysis
Data analytics using advanced Excel, ERP/MES systems, and digital tools
Business case development and project management
