A minimum of 1 year of experience, inclusive of internship/co-op experiences.
Working knowledge of developing and implementing process improvements and trouble shooting in a manufacturing environment.
Microsoft Office experience with good knowledge of Excel to create tables, trend graphs, and worksheets.

Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, installation manuals, and technical documentation
Experience operating forklifts, aerial lifts, pipe threaders, roll groovers, cordless power tools, and similar industrial equipment
Strong mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Basic electrical knowledge, including low-voltage controls and power distribution systems
Strong mathematical and critical-thinking skills
Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, climbing, and working in industrial environments
Flexibility to work varying schedules, including nights and weekends, based on project requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Technical certification, vocational training, or trade school education in an industrial, mechanical, or related field preferred
2-7 years of experience in industrial maintenance, mechanical service, machinery installation, millwright work, or a related industrial environment
