B.S. in Electrical/Mechanical/Electro-Mechanical/Chemical/Aerospace Engineering or Engineering technologies
Bachelor's Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience
Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience
In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience
Must be able to work in a highly regulated build space with complex mechanical and electro-mechanical assemblies
Experience Executing Production Readiness Reviews
Procurement support and installation of capital equipment
Strong Assembly Skills
Fastener Torquing and Staking
Assembly troubleshooting
Identifying process improvements/reductions in process time
Support the technical needs of the production staff for electrical, mechanical and electro-mechanical assemblies
Responsible for designing / developing manufacturing tools and processes
Work cross functionally with manufacturing, quality and our design community
Communicate and perform production readiness reviews with customer involvement
Ability to work in a highly regulated environment
High level of independence and personal accountability to meet company and personal deadlines including capital procurement
Time management
