Experience working with small electrical components in a previous role
Ability to operate machinery and equipment
Ability to learn how to process a variety of electronic parts, including, but not limited to inspection, manipulation, orientation, tinning, re-balling, lead forming, marking, taping, scanning, quality review, etc.
Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately and maintain attention to detail to ensure all parts are processed according to designated specifications with minimal error or defects
Ability to work well in a team environment
Ability to manipulate very small materials by hand
Ability to work steadily for long periods of time
