Maintain clean, safe work areas, follow safety procedures, and meet daily production quotas

Prep stems by cleaning, trimming, de-leafing, cutting to length, and removing thorns
Second shift: 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM
Organize flowers into correct bunch counts and required varieties
Inspect flowers for defects, wilting, or damage and remove unusable stems
Assemble bouquets following design templates, customer specs, and style guidelines

Select and pull flowers according to bouquet recipes, sorting by type, size, color, and quality
