HS Diploma/GED equivalent
2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and safety standards
Experience working with hand tools and manufacturing equipment such as table saws, grinders, drill presses, presses, and ovens preferred
Ability to safely handle adhesives, bonding materials, and curing processes
Ability to work while wearing a respirator and required safety PPE to minimize exposure to chemicals and airborne particles
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Ability to read and follow written work instructions, travelers, and production procedures
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Ability to operate and maintain production machinery and equipment
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer skills for data entry and production tracking
Ability to lift up to 40lbs
Stand for extended periods
