Able to lift 50 lbs. without assistance from the ground to chest level and ability to maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs. using appropriate equipment and/or assistance from another person
Able to walk and stand for designated work hours

Able to maneuver packages above shoulder level
Ability to maneuver packages in enclosed spaces and stack packages above one's head if required at location
Able to work in all weather conditions if required at work location

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field
Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams developing embedded systems, particularly for space applications
Knowledge and experience in developing cellular networks
Experience in leading a system architecture stage of a project
Experience in the design and implementation of embedded telecom systems
Strong knowledge of digital communication principles and satellite communication protocols
Proven ability to troubleshoot and debug complex embedded systems
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities, with a demonstrated history of effective collaboration across departments
Proven experience with R&D management, including managing resources and risks to ensure on-time and within-spec project delivery
Familiarity with space industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices related to satellite communication and embedded systems
