Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field from an accredited college
Minimum 5 years manufacturing experience in a manufacturing environment preferably within an expanding facility or high-growth machine shop setting
2 years of supervisory experience
Machine shop experience running and setting up CNC mills and lathes
CNC Programming knowledge and experience, Solid Cam and G-code preferred
Familiarity with PLC programming (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.) and industrial networking protocols is highly desirable
Six Sigma Black/Green Belt preferred
Lean Manufacturing Experience
ERP systems experience, Epicor experience preferred
Strong cross-functional team communication, presentation skills and interpersonal skills
Physical ability to lift 35 pounds
Prolonged periods standing
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
