Four to six (4 – 6) years' experience in an engineering role with strong background in both mechanical and structural engineering.
Four (4) years' experience in job specific discipline.
Familiarity with structural steel design is required.
Proficiency with MS Office software.
Experience with engineering software such as Auto-Cad
Experience with Aveva Marine is a plus.
Familiarity with MSC-Patran or similar software.
Be able to familiarize yourself with shipyard terminology and facilities equipment, such as crane and transporters.
A range of motion sufficient to perform general lifting, carrying, bending, stooping, climbing, working at heights, extended walking or standing, etc. is required.
