Bachelor's degree in construction management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (preferred), or equivalent experience.
3–7+ years of experience in mechanical estimating or related construction role.
Experience with process mechanical projects preferred.
Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Trimble, QuickPen, Bluebeam, or similar).
Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Knowledge of HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems and construction practices.
