Inventory & Supply Chain Manager

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, Logistics, or related field preferred.
Minimum five (5) years of inventory management, warehouse operations, supply chain, materials management, or related experience required.
Experience utilizing NetSuite ERP, Salesforce, or comparable enterprise inventory management systems.
Experience conducting physical inventories, cycle counts, reconciliations, and inventory audits.
Experience forecasting inventory requirements and managing replenishment planning.
Strong knowledge of inventory management principles, warehouse operations, and supply chain processes.
Proficiency with NetSuite ERP, Microsoft Excel, and inventory reporting systems.
APICS, CPIM, CSCP, or related supply chain certification preferred.
Regularly works in both office and warehouse/yard environments.
Exposure to varying weather conditions including heat, cold, rain, wind, and dust.
Exposure to moving equipment, forklifts, industrial machinery, and other warehouse hazards.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and perform inventory inspections for extended periods.
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
