Lean / Six Sigma training is strongly desired

Experience with Creo and/or SolidWorks
This position requires an active DOD security clearance or the ability to obtain such clearance within a reasonable time after commencement of employment
Bachelor's Degree in an applicable engineering field with 7+ years applicable engineering experience (or equivalent combination of education/training and experience)
Basic understanding of GD&T; and Drawing standards
Experience with Mil Spec hardware, Electronics and/or Electro-Optical equipment assembly and testing is desired

Working knowledge of hand tools and measuring equipment

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, customer specifications, purchase orders, and written and verbal instructions
HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
Proven ability to define problems, collect and analyze data, establish facts, and draw sound conclusions
