Associate degree, recent college graduate, military technical training, trade certification, or equivalent hands-on experience
Basic mechanical aptitude and interest in technical systems

Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Valid driver's license and ability to obtain a passport, if required for travel

2+ years aviation engine shop or maintenance experience preferred
Experience operating drill presses, taps, reamers, and precision measuring instruments
Experience with threaded insert systems and aviation hardware repair
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and engineering drawings
Familiarity with business jet engines (TFE731, HTF7000, CFE738 preferred)
Knowledge of FAA Part 145 Repair Station procedures preferred
