Ensure compliance with established L3 Harris Corporate policies, procedures, and standards.
Monitor and review deficiency reports for adverse trends and implement corrective measures.
Conduct briefings with site leadership, customers, and end-users on quality operations and program status.
Ensure strict compliance with all required Communications Security (COMSEC) policies and procedures.
Willingness and ability to work day shift, night shift, and weekend duty and travel as part of maintenance recovery team as required.
