13+ years of experience in systems engineering or integration within DoD space systems, applying a system of systems approach
Experience with model-based or digital systems engineering to manage system definitions and technical baselines
Experience with Microsoft Office suite, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

CAM Programming - 5+ years programming aerospace parts
CNC Machine Operation - Ability to run and operate CNC machines including part setup, tool loading, tool offsets, spindle probing.
Machining Knowledge - Has applicable experience with a variety of machine types (mills, lathes), materials (alum, stainless, hard metals), tooling application, workholding, and fixture design.
Process Engineering - Has a track record of successfully machining difficult parts with stringent requirements. Understands the pitfalls of operation selection, material removal, tooling application, and material science.
