Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; or a minimum of four (4) years of equivalent professional experience in lieu of a degree
Experience in high volume, fast-paced corporate environment with a minimum 1 year in recruitment, pipelining, sourcing
Must have experience working in a fast-paced environment, manufacturing recruitment a plus
Experience conducting phone interviews and assessing candidates, verbally
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for creating documents, reports, and presentations
Ability to clearly read, interpret, and produce written communication in English
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (onsite, with potential for remote work on Fridays)
Requirements: Must be a U.S. Citizen
Proficiency in ATS systems, specifically Taleo
Pay: $30/hour
Interview Process: Interviews will be conducted onsite
Experience Level: Entry-level (not seeking candidates with 6+ years of experience)
Some experience recruiting for engineering roles is a plus
Must be able to manage full-cycle recruiting
